The Gold Creek property is located in the Sioux Lookout District of Northwestern Ontario. The Company staked the property in June 2009 and owns 100% of the claims with no encumbrances.
The Gold Creek property comprises 2 claim blocks totaling 32 units (520 hectares) and is located 130 kilometres north of the community of Sioux Lookout and approximately 6 kilometres northwest of the former producing Golden Patricia Mine which produced 860,000 tonnes grading 19.9 grams/tonne gold (0.58 oz/ton gold). The mine operated from 1988-1997 and was most recently operated by Barrick Gold who bought the mine from Lac Minerals in 1995.
The Gold Creek property covers an area where high-grade gold float has been reliably reported. The property is underlain by a major regional shear. A strong airborne electromagnetic anomaly occurs near the reported float.
