Bayfield Announces Mr. Louis Chastko, PGeo. Joins Advisory Board

Bayfield Ventures Closes Private Placement
Vancouver, BC - Bayfield Ventures Corp. (TSX-V: BYV) (FWB: B4N) (the "Company") announces that it has issued a total of 1,750,000 units pursuant to a private placement announced July 13, 2009.
A total of 1,750,000 units were issued at a purchase price of $0.09 per unit. Each unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant, with each warrant entitling the holder to purchase one common share up to July 24, 2014 at an exercise price of $0.125 per share.

Non-Brokered Private Placement Announced
Vancouver, BC - Bayfield Ventures Corp. (TSX-V: BYV) (FWB: B4N) (the "Company") announces that it has arranged a non-brokered private placement of up to 1,750,000 units at a price of $0.09 per unit.
