Rainy River Eastern Burns Block Exploration: Drill Hole RR12-31 was at 140 metres this morning in quartz eyes plagioclase porphyritic dacite unit. The latest downhole test at 116 metres shows Azimuth at 359.3 degrees, Dip is 69.0 degrees.

Bayfield Rainy River Drilling Update, NW Ontario
Rainy River Eastern Burns Block Exploration:
Rainy River Eastern Burns Block Exploration: Drill Hole RR12-30 was completed to 668 metres last night after intercepting main zone. The next drill hole RR12-31 was moved to 40 metres east and 125 metres south of hole RR12-4 (right on the south fence). The hole will be drilled with an initial 355 degree azimuth and 70 degree inclination. The target of hole RR12-31 is to test the west extension of the East Burns Discovery.

Rainy River Eastern Burns Block Exploration:
The drill rig has moved back to the eastern portion of the Burns Block after completing one deep hole to 836 metres and 5 approx. 100 metre deep holes on the western side to attempt to extend the RR11-71 hole mineralization up dip.
Drill Hole RR12-30 was at 311 metres in mafic volcanic unit this morning. It was collared about 30 metres northeast of hole RR12-4 with an initial 355 degree azimuth and 89.7 degree dip. The target is 10-15 met... (1 KB) |
