Rainy River Eastern Burns Block Exploration: Wedge drill hole RR13-34W2 was completed to 713 metres. The main zone was intersected in a position approximately 40 metres west of mother hole RR12-34.
Last test in the hole at 695 metres shows azimuth of 359.0 degrees and inclination of 77.0 degrees.
Drilling has stopped for spring break-up. All drill equipment has been moved to the core shack site.

Bayfield Rainy River Drilling Update, NW Ontario:
Rainy River Eastern Burns Block Exploration: Drill hole RR13-8 was completed to a depth of 761 metres this morning.
We are now preparing to move the rig to previous hole RR12-34 collar and intend to place a wedge at a depth of 250 metres to 270 metres down hole. RR12-34 was a very straight hole and thus provides a very attractive way to produce a true stepout without the risk of the hole wandering off target in the upper portion.

The next drill hole RR13-7 was moved to 15 metres due south of previous hole RR12-30 collar. The hole was started at 340 degree azimuth and 89.7 degree inclination. The purpose of this drilling is to infill the high grade zones between holes RR12-34 and RR12-30. The target zone will be around 630 metres down hole.

Rainy River Eastern Burns Block Exploration: Drill hole RR13-2 was at 224 metres this morning. Base of the outcropping mafic volcanic unit in the current hole is 106 metres, approximately 20 metres deeper than in hole RR13-1 located 40 metres west of current hole.
Reflex tests are all showing a near vertical hole, >89 degrees.

Rainy River Eastern Burns Block Exploration: Drill hole RR13-2 was at 130 metres this morning. Hole is near vertical in latest reflex test at 122 metres. The collar of RR13-2 is 40 metres east of hole RR13-1. The upper 90 metres of RR13-2 are composed of altered mafic volcanic rocks. Below 90 metres the hole has entered the hanging wall dacite sequence. Hole is planned to be drilled to a depth of 300 metres.

Rainy River Eastern Burns Block Exploration: Drill hole RR13-1 was collared approximately 25 metres from the NE corner of the property. Collar sits on outcropping mafic volcanics, part of the middle portion of the normal hanging wall sequence.
Shows dip of 89.4 degrees and azimuth of 238 degrees but need to likely wait until we are through the mafics and into the main dacite sequence to get a reliable test.

Drill hole RR12-17 was at 528.5 metres this morning and seeing the onset of foliation and the occurrence of mafic dikes, all indicating we are now passing into the top of the zone.
The plan for the next few weeks is to fill-in the previous holes RR12-3, RR12-4, RR12-5 and RR12-7 fence to 15 metre spacing. This will require 3 to four holes to 650 metres. We are currently averaging around 45 metres per 24 hours.

We are still drilling below the main zone on drill hole RR12-16. This is the first attempt to look for mineralization in the more northerly zones of belt in east Burns.
We are now at 750 metres, 120 metres below the main zone within sheared and folded dacite wall rocks. Inclination in now down to around 76 degrees.
Current plan is to drill another 24 hours to see if any additional zones can be hit in 800 metre area.

Bayfield Rainy River Drilling Update, NW Ontario
Rainy River Eastern Burns Block Exploration:
Drill hole RR12-16 was at 621 metres this morning below the main zone now. Will likely carry on to 750 metres or so to see what is down there. Bit went again last night, we are pretty much burning a bit a day right now.

Bayfield Rainy River Drilling Update, NW Ontario
Rainy River Eastern Burns Block Exploration:
Drill hole RR12-15 was completed Saturday afternoon at 746 metres. The current dril hole, RR12-16, was collared 29 metres west of RR12-8. The target is infill in the wide area between RR12-7 and 8 on the east and RR12-5 on the west. The hole was at 131 metres yesterday.

Rainy River Eastern Burns Block Exploration:
Drill Hole RR12-15 was at 617 metres this morning. We entered a zone of foliation at 598 metres downhole. Appears to be the top of the target zone. Hole is staying very steep at 79 degrees. This angle is likely a big part of the reason we are having to chase the zone deeper in both holes RR12-14 and now in RR12-15.

Bayfield Rainy River Drilling Update, NW Ontario
Rainy River Eastern Burns Block Exploration:
Drill Hole RR12-15 was at 75.7 metres this morning, collared 32 metres due south of RR12-12. Was collared 30 metres south until casing got broken off in the hole. Rig then moved south for restart yesterday. We are now back across onto the west side of a fault and are seeing the same sequence of rocks as in hole RR12-12, mafic volcanic off the top then into dacite below.

Rainy River Eastern Burns Block Exploration:
East Burns drill Hole RR12-5 was completed to 630 metres. The next hole RR12-6 is being drilled from the same collar as RR12-5 with a 75 degree dip and was at 263 metres this morning.
Rainy River B Block Exploration:
B Block drill Hole B12-6 was completed to 270 metres this morning with a 50 degree dip and 11 degree azimuth. The hole was a 40 metre east step-out from B12-5. This now completes the phase 1 drill program on the B Block.

Rainy River Eastern Burns Block Exploration:
East Burns drill Hole RR12-5 is now at 235 metres this morning and is drilling into the upper section of the hanging wall. Target is the eastward extension of the main zone at around 500 metres depth. We have another 25 or 30 metres between RR12-5 and our east boundary and around 110 metres to the south boundary. Plenty of room for additional 30 metre spaced drilling before 15 metre infill is done.

Current dip on this hole is a steep 79 degrees. It flattened less than hole RR12-3 thus we entered the target 37 metres east and 30 metres deeper in RR12-4 than in hole RR12-3. Hole RR12-2 passed out of the main zone and we ended the hole at 560 metres. The first hole RR-117 has a current setup with 359 degree azimuth, 80 degree inclination and was at 116 metres this morning. Started the main zone at 56 metres.
For rig two, North Fence Rainy River Drill Hole RR11-115 was at 194 metres this morning. Entered main zone at 165 metres.

For rig two, North Fence Rainy River Drill Hole RR11-114 was completed to 194 metres. Hole RR11-115 is being drilled from the same collar and is at 14 metres this morning.

For rig two, North Fence Rainy River Drill Hole RR11-114 was at 56 metres this morning in hanging wall dacites. 30 metres east of hole RR11-113. Target is shallow main zone.
For rig three, Central Fence Rainy River Drill Hole RR11-107 was at 852 metres this morning. Will likely end hole in the morning and move east to start next fan of holes.
